Mostafa Talha, Chairman of Saoud Urban Development, has officially signed a strategic agreement with Accor to introduce the prestigious Swissôtel brand to Cairo, marking a significant milestone in Egypt’s luxury hospitality and branded residences landscape.

The project, Swissôtel Cairo West, will be strategically located in 6th of October City, one of Greater Cairo’s fastest-growing urban and investment hubs. Designed as a mixed-use destination, the development will feature a luxury Swissôtel hotel alongside branded residences, administrative spaces, and curated retail and lifestyle offerings—creating a fully integrated experience that blends hospitality, living, and business.
